Who am I?
At one point, I weighed over 250 pounds and couldn't remember what it felt like to be healthy. I tried all the yo-yo diets and did endless cardio vascular exercise, but "I was tired of feeling tired,". "High blood pressure and diabetes run in my family and I knew that if I didn't choose health, I wouldn't make it to 30."
Then I was blessed with children and knew I had to better myself to be a better Dad and role model for them.
Determined to make a change, I continued to work out and tried all the home exercise programs and fad diets imaginable.
After years of work I'm comfortable to pass on my expertise by providing quality products for those wanting to embark on their own fitness journey.
